ETHICS
In keeping with the National Association of Professional Organizers Code of Ethics, all our clients are served with integrity, competence, and objectivity, and are treated with respect and courtesy. In addition, all client information is kept strictly confidential.
INSURANCE APPOINTMENTS CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
For peace of mind, we maintain an adequate general liability insurance policy in case of the unexpected. Should your circumstances require it, bonding is also available upon request.
REFERRALS
Our business grows primarily from referrals. To thank clients for mentioning New Leaf Organizing Service when someone they know has an organizing issue and books at least three hours of organizing time, we offer $50 credit toward a maintenance session to that referring client.
There is a two-hour minimum for appointments. For bookings of greater than 10 hours, a 5% discount will be applied. No-obligation 30-minute in-home consultations are $50. However, if an organizing session is subsequently booked, $50 will be credited toward the cost of the session.
It is requested that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment should you need to reschedule or cancel. Clients who do not provide such notice will be billed for half of the scheduled session unless the cancellation is due to inclement weather, sudden illness, or an emergency.
PAYMENT
To keep costs down, we ask for payment by check or cash at the end of each day.
